Fraction of Scrapped Replaced (%)

Used in conjunction with the Scrappage variable.  

The Fraction of Scrapped Replaced specifies the fraction of any devices scrapped in any particular year that are immediately replaced through additional sales of devices. These sales will add to the stock of brand new devices at the same branch in the LEAP tree and will likely imply different energy intensities or fuel economies as well as different emission factors. The default value of the variable is 100% (meaning all vehicles are immediately replaced).  Note: these extra replacement sales will be in addition to the sales number specified under the "sales" variable.
