Maximum Annual Share Change

Used only when conducting full energy system optimization modeling and only available at optimized technology branches (). Use this constraint variable to specify the maximum annual change in the share of activity level for each device in any particular year.  Shares must sum to 100% across all devices.  The default value is 0%.  Use this variable if you want to limit the rate of change in the share of a technology (e.g. no more than 10%/year).

Note - this constraint is not yet operational in LEAP/NEMO.   Coming soon!
