Investment Costs

Result Type: Costs

This result type shows the total non annualized investment costs in each Transformation process in any particular year.  For any given process and year, the investment cost is the product of the capacity added in that year and the unit capital cost.  The investment cost can be broken down into its domestic and foreign exchange components and also divided into costs from capacity additions specified exogenously or endogenously.  The investment cost can be reported in real, nominal or discounted terms.

Cost results are only available if you have specified cost data and if you have switched on the costing  analysis in the Scope and Scale tab of the General: Settings: screen.
